Last Saturday, we launched our National Cleanup Program with #DerGeneral. More than 400 volunteers showed up at Raouche, ready to clean the cliffs, shores, and waters. Alongside @redbullleb and @decathlonleb, we managed to collect 2 tons of waste in just 4 hours! But despite our efforts, there is still remaining waste littering the area. Tomorrow, July 11, the @cleancliffsproject will be joining us for our second beach clean-up by the Raouche shore to continue what we started, in a mission to turn our Lebanese beaches into cleaner and better environments. Red Bull Cliff Diving Legends, @owenweymouthcliffdive and @ellietsmart, and international adventure blogger and environmentalist, @jackson.groves, made their way to Beirut for the sole purpose of being part of this cleanup! But your Lebanese natural landmark needs your help too. Come help us save Raouche tomorrow. If we don’t do it, who will?! @redbullleb @redbullcliffdiving. A huge thank you to @beirutdigitald and @zaatarwzeit for all their support of our Live Love Volunteer events! (: @ideandoart @michokhoury)
